We had an exclusive site visit for our DaLa Founding Fellows to the HKJC Experience Store in Kwai Chung on 8th March. During the visit, we were impressed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s commitment to providing customers with a more comprehensive and engaging betting entertainment experience through their enhanced digital solutions. Utilizing data analytics, they can engage effectively with customers and improve their services to the community.
