Our founding chairman Dr Toa Charm is honoured to speak at the Rotary Club of Kowloon North on how inclusive AI can advance Rotary’s mission of Service Above Self. AI is no longer just a technology shift — it is a societal responsibility. When guided well, AI becomes a tool for equity, empowerment, and community uplift.

1. The AI divide is accelerating — capabilities are concentrated in a few countries.
2. AI’s economic gains are large but unevenly distributed.

5. Global cooperation is essential — and Hong Kong can play a unique bridge role.
