Prof. Simon S.M. Ho

Prof. Simon S.M. HO is President of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He is a certified public accountant in the UK, Australia and Canada. Previously, he was Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of the University of Macau, Dean of the School of Business of the Hong Kong Baptist University, and Director of the School of Accountancy of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Currently he is Chairman of the Citizen Advisory Committee on Community Relations and Member of the Advisory Committee on Corruption, Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong. He is a Board Member of the Monte Jade Technology Association and is Editor of the Asian Journal of Business Ethics (by Springer). In recognition of his contribution to corporate governance, he was awarded the Faculty Pioneer Award by the Aspen Institute, USA (being described as the Oscar of the business school world by the Financial Times). He was elected as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics by Ethisphere.
