This is Hong Kong’s first through-train vocational and professional education and training (VPET) pathway in mainstream senior secondary and post-secondary education. \nWelcome our Dala members to become career mentors\, equipping students with valuable skills\, competencies\, and work ethics through non-traditional education pathways. If you are ICT experts\, please don’t hesitate to register and support this meaningful program to nurture the next generation.  Here the requirements and registration details in below: https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/ctc-career-mentorship-programme-ict-2324-2757529 \nAbout CLAP-TECH Pathway  \nFunded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust\, CLAP-TECH Pathway is Hong Kong’s first through-train VPET (Vocational\, Professional Education & Training) pathway in mainstream secondary and post-secondary education. It is an initiative that focuses on nurturing secondary and post-secondary (Higher Diploma) students with technical and soft skills to address the needs of the future workforce\, particularly in the information technology and creative media industry. Our current program includes two Applied Learning Courses Tech Basics and Multimedia Storytelling for S4-S6 students\, forming part of the HKDSE curriculum. Launched in 2020\, it adopted a tripartite partnership among Hong Kong Baptist University\, industry partners\, and secondary schools. \nCareer Mentorship Program  \nThe program incorporates a career and life development segment\, featuring a career mentorship program. Since 2020\, we have had the privilege of welcoming 30+ industry partners from the business sector and 170+ career mentors to mentor 1\,000+ students coming from 90+ secondary schools in Hong Kong.
